Zhang Xueqian has been the Chief Executive Officer of IPAR in China. since 2006, and successfully implemented the ISO9001:2000 certification system. In terms of business, the company’s annual import and export trade volumes leaped forward year by year. Since 2007, with the help of our overseas branches and the sales network, the products of IPAR have spread to Central and Western Asia, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Southwest University of Finance and Economics of China and studied at the School of Economics and Management, Dalian University of Technology. He completed the MBA advanced course of Tunhe, the School of Economics and Management at Beijing Jiao tong University and attended the School of Economics and Cadre Management of Shanghai. He has an Economist Qualification Certificate and an ERP Productivity Promotion Center training certificate in Enterprise Information and Network Marketing.

As one of the principal leaders of Xinjiang IPAR Biology, his leadership led to IPAR Biology being awarded the titles of Trustworthy and Contract-Abiding Enterprise, Intellectual Property Model Enterprise, Manufacturing Informatization Model Enterprise, Contract-Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise in 2006, 2007 and 2009 in Xinjiang, China. IPAR Biology was also named Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise and Advanced Science and Technology Innovation Enterprise in the Urumqi High Tech Zone in 2008 and 2010. In 2010, it was rated as a AAA credit enterprise and won the title of Xinjiang National Medicine Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base in 2013.
