Assistant to the chairman, GMP management

Zhang Tongxue, assistant to the chairman of IPAR Biology, works on the GMP management and the GMP system application. He has strong research and management abilities in the extraction and concentrations of botanical drugs.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in traditional Chinese medicine and has obtained HACCP, ISO9001 and ISO22000 qualification certificates. He also received QS training from the technical supervision department of the Chinese government, GMP management training from the pharmaceutical administration department, production technology and quality management technology training for disposable medical devices, attended the Shandong Jinan polymer-testing center of the state drug administration authority, and is an expert in national certification regulations for product testing of disposable infusion sets.

As the deputy general manager of IPAR Bio-China, Zhang Tongxue is responsible for the production, technology, quality, processes and external negotiations for food, cosmetics and disinfection products. He ensures they meet company and national standards of physical, chemical and microbiological inspection of products as well as the training of QA & QC personnel and the SC / GMP HACCP ISO training for all staff.

He loves his profession and has participated in and published valuable research projects on subjects such as the “Sterilization Effect of Ethylene Oxide on Disposable Infusion Device,” “Measures to Avoid Environmental Pollution Caused by Cyclohexanone in the Production Process of Disposable Products,” the “Progress of Carbon Dioxide Supercritical Extraction,” “Supercritical Extraction of Lycopene” and more.
