Sun Haiyong
Ph.D. Chief Financial Officer
Sun Haiyong, legal representative and chairman’s assistant at Xinjiang IPAR Biology, is responsible for the management of the Chinese regional market. He holds an executive master’s degree in Business Administration (EMBA), a Ph.D. in Finance from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and is a senior political engineer.
Before joining IPAR in 1993, he was engaged in management work at the Xinjiang Bearing General and Foundry Plants, the Guanghui Energy Group and other units, during which time he participated in the merger of 32 state-owned enterprises of the Guanghui Group and accumulated rich experience. Since joining the company, he has been in charge of strategic planning, capital operations, project management, IPO, M & A and more as assistant to the chairman.
He developed the “Strategic Plan for the Future Development of Clean Energy” in Guanghui, Xinjiang, reviewed the “Market Strategy and Implementation Plan for Guanghui LNG,” reviewed the “Feasibility Study Report on the Comprehensive Utilization Project of 20 million tons / year coal classification and the quality improvements of Guanghui Energy,” and created the strategic plan for the catering brand of NEIVA VILLAGE.
He likes thinking and literature and loves life. He was the executive deputy editor-in-chief of China Poetry, the deputy editor-in-chief of China Literature Monthly, and the director of the China Youth Poets Association. He organized and planned the first Peony Festival Poetry Competition for China Poetry, has participated in Chinese poetry competitions and edited the Poem Collection of IPAR.
