Aygul Abailahun, director of human resources and brand planner of IPAR Biology, is mainly responsible for the development of the brand and international relationships in Central Asia and China.
Aygul Abailahun obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of International Business and Economics and a psychology degree from Beijing Normal University. She has the national level II qualification for enterprise human resource management and completed the enterprise senior management study plan at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Since 2006, when she started with IPAR in the personnel administration department, she has been in charge of the establishment of systems, internal training for the company, and is IPAR’s international ISO 9000 system management representative. Since 2008, she has been in charge of the Central Asia international trade and is fully responsible for the operations and marketing of the company’s branches in various countries. She has been the head of international trade and personnel administration and the brand strategy project leader since 2011. She is very clear and firm about the goals that must be achieved.
She has participated in the refinement and operation of the IPAR’s Lean Management project, studied its connotations and characteristics, and analyzed and refined the core ideas of this management process from the perspective of the company to achieve a management program for IPAR based on the Lean Management system.
Since 2012, through a research project based on the global supply chain model of IPAR International Trade, she has worked on consumer psychology and the consumption patterns of IPAR’s loyal customers and has taken on the brand manager role at BioAct and NatureBar Cosmetics.
She has always loved “Kitty” and loves small animals. In life, she is full of energy and likes reading. She is very strong inside and passionate about the subjects she loves.
