Mr. Ablikim Mamtimin is the founder of IPAR. He served as the president and CEO of the company from 2001 to 2013, and chairman of the board of directors from 2007 to 2018.

Founder's belief
Integrity, Perpetuity, Adjustment, and Responsibility are aspects of life that we have followed and kept. I practice these values myself to learn to accept flaws and handle work, family, and life.
FOUNDATION OF CREATION
We work together to face difficulties and learn to talk to others, accept others, learn to listen to others, respect others. We do not give up, and we will not be given up on. We learn to grow together

Perpetuity
Perpetuity reminds us of the meaning of life. We love life. This is our determination, condition and covenant! Life is great; life can continuously create new life. Life is a miracle. It never stops reproducing, showing its happiness everywhere. We have lost something from the past, and while we are worried and pained about it, we cannot turn back time. We need to face the future optimistically.Every new opportunity is a chance at a new life, and we must learn to cherish each of them. In the course of our development, we pursue the meaning of life together, endow the organization with real meaning, face each experience with a smile, calmly review each experience, praise life with love, and give color and fragrance to the world.
Adjustment

Life itself is a responsibility. An IPAR team member should be responsible for themselves, others, and their choices in the world. They are the pillar of our organization and a promising person.We have witnessed the power of responsibility within our community, which is the starting point of creating the best life. It gives us wisdom and allows us to achieve success in life.
